Welcome

The Non Resident Nepalese (NRNs) committed to a vision of making Nepal a peaceful and prosperous nation have formed the Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). It is an association committed to create a global network of various Nepalese associations and streamline their energy and resources so as to make the Diaspora a catalyst for the economic and social transformation of our motherland.

NRNA is supported by some 37 National Coordination Councils (NCC) established so far in 37 countries in Asia, Europe, Australia, and America.

NRN Thailand shares the vision of NRNA - making Nepal a peaceful and prosperous nation. Also, to its guiding principle of By Nepali for Nepali.

The objective of NRN Thailand is to:

  • Foster closer relationship and cooperation within the NRN Thailand community, which is home to some 2,500 non-resident Nepalis and more than 100,000 People of Nepalese Origin (PNO);
  • To contribute in the economic and social development of Nepal;
  • To enrich and strengthen Nepalese culture and community;
  • Fostering unity and cohesiveness amongst Nepalese whilst preserving its diversity.
  • To cooperate with International Coordination Council (ICC) of NRNA and other NCCs across the world to promote Nepal and the Nepalese.
